Concrete block construction — the load-bearing and partition walls of the typical South Florida CBS structure. We lay the units true and plumb and set the cell reinforcing ready for the concrete scope to fill and tie.
Supply and erection of structural and miscellaneous steel where the design calls for longer spans, transfer beams, or framed openings — detailed, fabricated, and set to the engineer's connections.
The Hambro D500 composite floor system — rolled-steel joists with a poured concrete topping that acts compositely for long spans and a solid, quiet floor. An efficient elevated-floor solution for multi-level residential and light-commercial work.
Pre-engineered roof and floor trusses and wood joist framing — supplied to the truss-engineering layout and set, braced, and tied down to meet South Florida wind requirements.
We don't hand you a thin unit-rate schedule to true up later. You get a single fixed price for the defined scope, with inclusions and clarifications stated clearly up front — so your bid carries a number you can rely on and there are no surprises at buyout.

Engineering & design, threshold inspection, site utilities, waterproofing, and finishes — unless specifically agreed in scope.
